We can make your plushie in four main sizes. Standard, Medium, Big, Giant. However, you can choose another size again but the Standard size being the minimum possible to do. You will receive a personalized quote according to your requirement.

How much does a custom plushie price?
Contact us to send an image or drawing of the character you have in mind, we will respond to quote the value and all possible sizes for it without obligation!
How do I place an order?
Contact us to send the reference image of the character you chose and its size after seeing the options that we will give you, and only the Country where you live to tell you the time it will take to arrive. The shipping value is worldwide, so there are no different surcharges for each country.
Can I wash my plushie?
The standard and medium-sized plushies can be put in the washing machine, on gentle mode, and wrapped in a white towel. Then let it dry in the warm sun (not in a dryer machine).
How will my plushie be shipped?
Your plush will be shipped in a bag, inside a box with plenty of secure packaging. Then we will give you a tracking number to check its arrival.
Can you send my plushie without stuffing?
Some plushies can be shipped with a zipper or without stuffing and with an open seam, however, most must be closed and stuffed due to their assembly with hand-sewn parts.
How long will it take to arrive?
The approximate waiting time for the preparation is 1 month, to 1 and a half months after receiving payment. After being shipped, it can arrive in your country between 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you accept payment plans?
If your order is a giant plushie or more than one, we accept up to a maximum of 2 payments for it plus shipping payment.
